Ike's Story

At a young age Ike was told he was limited in many ways, physically, mentally and emotionally. Due to his disabilities he would have no use for dreams. But Ike had a dream. As the first star appeared in the sky above, Ike stood with his dog by his side and a baker’s rolling pin in hand and wished upon the star. One day Ike would open his own gourmet bakery . . . this was his dream. 

Ike’s Gourmet is a dream come true for Ike and many others at the IKE Center. A center where Adults with Disabilities, our communities most vulnerable and diverse, are taught, trained and inspired to reach beyond their limits.

Ike’s Gourmet Dog Treat Cookies are vegan, grain-free using only the finest and freshest natural, gluten-free ingredients. As both Ike’s Gourmet and the IKE Center are non-profit organizations, all proceeds are fully reinvested into our mission to provide meaningful opportunities for the forgotten Adults with Disabilities to flourish in a safe and secure environment.
